By booking, purchasing, or using any service provided by EAGLE Design Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services and website.

2. Services Offered

EAGLE Design Studio provides professional creative services, including but not limited to:

• Photography Services

• Videography & Cinematic Productions

• Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Graphic Design & Branding

• Social Media Content Creation & Management

• Website Design & Development

• Digital Marketing Services

• Creative Consultation and Related Media Solutions

All services are provided based on the agreed project scope and package selected by the client.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Clients must provide accurate project and contact information.

• A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

• Project timelines commence after receipt of all necessary materials, approvals, and payments.

• Prices may vary depending on project complexity, location, duration, and additional requirements.

• Any extra work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Project Delivery & Revisions

• We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeline.

• Delivery schedules may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Revision requests are limited to the number specified in the selected package or proposal.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Final deliverables will be provided in the format agreed upon before project commencement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All original designs, photographs, videos, graphics, website elements, and creative content produced by EAGLE Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

• Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the project agreement.

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, modify, or reproduce our work for commercial purposes without written permission unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and content.

• Obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, or venue approvals.

• Reviewing and approving drafts within the agreed timeframe.

• Ensuring supplied materials do not violate copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.

7. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EAGLE Design Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects, photographs, videos, designs, and website work in our portfolio, website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information is handled with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

• We take reasonable measures to protect client files and information.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once a booking or project has been confirmed.

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated subject to availability.

• No refunds will be provided for completed services or delivered digital products.

• If EAGLE Design Studio is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a suitable reschedule or fair refund will be offered.

10. Limitation of Liability

EAGLE Design Studio shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of data caused by client mishandling or third-party services.

• Delays resulting from technical failures, internet issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

11. Website & Digital Services

For website development, hosting, and digital marketing projects:

• Clients are responsible for providing required content, approvals, and credentials on time.

• Third-party services, plugins, hosting providers, and software subscriptions may carry separate charges.

• EAGLE Design Studio is not responsible for outages, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

EAGLE Design Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
